Passionate to help maintain a healthier mind

From a young age people felt comfortable talking to me and as I grew older I realized that this is what I wanted to do in life; I wanted to listen to people. I found out the importance of being able to offer unconditional and non-judgmental listening to a person in need and I decided to study the “skill” of listening further. I went to University to study a BA in Psychology, which I completed in 2002, and after that I studied further at postgraduate level and completed two MA degrees.

In the last 18 years I have dedicated my life to psychology, counselling and psychotherapy.  I have been working clinically with clients since 2010, both individuals and couples, and I increasingly see the value of being able to speak to someone without fear of being judged. It enables clients to explore the issues they are facing in an environment where they feel safe and supported. I will help you to untangle your thoughts and feelings, to make sense of who you are as a person.

I am currently working as an independent practitioner and in addition to my clinical work I teach counselling at Anglia Ruskin University in association with Renew Counselling

I am also a qualified supervisor and provide Clinical Supervision for healthcare professionals and Professional Supervision with a particular focus on the Education sector.
